• Harsh criticism for Ankara and Brussels from EP 

  The draft resolution proposing the suspension of Turkey’s accession negotiations with the EU was discussed in the EP in yesterday’s general assembly, and will be voted on today. The hunger strikes were discussed in the EP session.
• Vengeance Teams: Our units downed the helicopter in Istanbul 

  The Martyr Ciyager and Martyr Zeryan Vengeance Teams assumed responsibility for the downing of the helicopter in Istanbul’s Cekmekoy on February 11.  The Vengeance Teams stressed that the action was done against the isolation imposed upon Ocalan.
• Protesting German-Turkish weapons alliance considered crime 

  Germany is racing Turkey in punishments and bans. Two anti-war activists protesting Rheinmetall for taking on the manufacture of panzer tanks for the Erdogan regime have been fined 15.000 Euros each. The activists are refusing to pay the the fine.
• ECHR convicts Turkey in Ozgur Gundem case 

  ECHR issued a fine to Turkey in the case about the shut down Ulkede Ozgur Gundem newspaper.
• Turkish occupation of Afrin discussed at UN Human Rights session 

  American international conflict analyst Dr. Thoreau Redcrow underlined that a policy of ethnic cleansing is being carried out in the Afrin region since its occupation by the Turkish state.
• Strasbourg resistance: Day 87 

  Hunger striker Sarikaya indicated the necessity of increasing the resistance with different actions all over Europe and said that the resistance can destroy the walls of Imrali.
• The JEP and the rights of women, sit-in in Bogota 

  Progressive organisations have organised a sit-in in the Plazoleta de San Francisco, in Bogota, this Wednesday, at 5 pm, to denounce the breaches by the Colombian government and defend the peace process.
• 4 HDP hunger strikers imprisoned in Amed 

  4 HDP members who started hunger strike against the isolation of Öcalan in Amed and were later detained in a police raid, have been sent to prison.
• Buldan: We will take back what was taken from us on 31 March 

  "Isolation is a crime against humanity and must be lifted. Like every human being in prisons, like every prisoner, Mr. Öcalan must be granted his rights. This right of visit is denied and thus Turkey’s own law is not complied with.”

  Plaid Cymru Chairperson Adam Price visited Imam Sis and the hunger strike. Price said, “The isolation of Kurdish Leader Ocalan is unacceptable.”
• Former HDP Edremit District Co-chair arrested 

  Former HDP District Co-chair Hurriyet Kizil was arrested after the prison sentence she received for protesting the Suruc massacre was finalized.
• Turkey’s antidemocratic system lands in Sweden Parliament 

  “A number of HDP members and deputies including former co-chairs Selahattin Demirtas and Figen Yüksekdağ are in prison. The European Court of Human Rights ruled the release of Selahattin Demirtas, yet he is still in prison.”
• Isolation of Ocalan protested in Welsh Assembly and BBC
