The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Centre issued a statement to confirm that three mercenaries were killed, and one military vehicle was destroyed in clashes with the Turkish army and the Syrian National Army (SNA) factions.

The statement said: "Within the scope of legitimate self-defense actions against the attacks by the occupying Turkish state and its proxies targeting villages filled with civilians, our forces carried out an operation on Sunday against a Turkish and SNA base in the village of Qasımiye, north of Til Temir. In the operation, two mercenaries were killed, and a military vehicle was destroyed."

The statement added: "The Women's Defense Units (YPJ) conducted an operation against a military post, killing one occupier. Two operations were carried out on the Qereqozaq front. In the operation targeting the Girê Qereqozax base and the village of Hoşeri, 7 militants were injured."

The statement underlined that "Turkish warplanes heavily bombed some villages of Tîne and Xeseq. The bombardment resulted in material damage to the property of the residents. The villages of Tina, Cada, Bir Hiso, Xeseq, Dikan, and Mehla, as well as the hills of Sevê and Qereqozaq and the district of Sirîn, were randomly bombarded by over 110 heavy artillery shells, tank shells, rocket launchers, and mortar shells. The bombardment caused material damage to civilians' homes and property."

In addition, "the occupying Turkish state bombed the Tishrin Dam with tanks, howitzers, and rockets throughout Saturday/Sunday night. On Sunday morning, they directly targeted the dam's gates. Attacks on the dam pose a significant risk of major dangers. Additionally, the northern part of the Tishrin Dam was also targeted.

The occupying Turkish state bombarded the area between the villages of Şexler and Torman, west of Kobanê, and the villages of Qinê and Piling from the base in the village of Hoşeriyê at 15:49 on Sunday. Drone activity over the area continued throughout the day.

Around 13:00, a warplane belonging to the occupying Turkish state bombed the village of Kopirlik, west of Girê Spî, but no casualties were reported. Later, mortar shells were fired at Kopirlik Hill and the village of Hewalik. Turkish state drones flew over the region."
