• Police attack Amed people marching to Sur againist state repression 

  People in the main Kurdish city Amed have brought the life to a standstill today in solidarity with the central Sur district and other towns across North Kurdistan that remain under a heavy onslaught by state forces.
• Expected curfew in Cizre and Silopi districts of Şırnak 

  Şırnak Governor's Office has made the expected announcement of a curfew in the districts of Cizre and Silopi. Accordingly, a ban to go out will go into effect in both districts as of 23:00 this evening.

  People's Defense Forces Press Office (HPG-BIM) reported in a written statement that the Turkish army has started an operation in Mardin, while the one in Dersim continues.

  Bilal Erdoğan who was shot by police during the most recent curfew in Mardin's Nusaybin district, has lost his life. Number of civilians killed by state forces in the district so far rose to 17.
